About us
All Doll'd Up Nails is an upscale nail salon located in a private home setting in the south east end of Peterborough.
Salon Etiquette
1. Punctuality
Beautiful nails take time. At All Doll’d Up Nails it is greatly appreciated that you be on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointments are booked accordingly and lateness will affect the client scheduled after you. If you are 10 minutes late for any appointment the appointment is considered cancelled, and will unfortunately have to be rescheduled for a later date.
2. Children
All Doll’d Up Nails loves children but due to liability and potentially hazardous chemicals and delicate goods in the salon we please ask that you make arrangements for your children on appointment days. If you show up for your appointment with a child or children unfortunately your appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date.
3. Cancellations
Life happens but it is greatly appreciated that you notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot make it. I have a cancellation list and would love to fill your spot if you cannot come.
4. No Calls No Shows
No calls and No shows unfortunately will not be tolerated in the salon. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment please call and let me know 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is greatly appreciated.
5. Picking and Biting
All Doll’d Up Nails treats your nails as a work of art and I ask that you please treat your nails as such. If it becomes a problem that nails are being picked at or bitten at your next appointment there will be a three strike policy. You are paying money to have nice nails and I work hard to make them look fabulous. Also understand that your nails are a display of my work for everyone to see and I don’t want to be represented in a negative way.
6. Sick
I love seeing all of my customers in the Salon we share stories, laughter and sometimes tears... but germs are not something that should be shared in the salon. For the... show more well being of other clients and for myself if you are sick please reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better. It helps me to continue to give you the best service I can and make it a safe environment for everyone to escape to.
*Please note that charges may apply at next appointment if 24 hours notice is not given.
Due to how busy I am rescheduling could be as far as two weeks away.
All Doll’d Up Nails reserves the right to not rebook appointments*
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately due to reoccurring events I am
enforcing a new cancellation policy effective immediately.
*cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will
be charged half of your missed service next appointment*
*No call no show will be charged full
service payment before I will rebook*
I apologize but this is my livelihood that I rely on
I don't receive a guaranteed pay check you have to understand that if you don't show I don't get paid.
