About us

Hickson's Cakery is owned and operated by myself, Rebecca Hickson, and my sister, Lauren Hickson. We both recently graduated from Culinary School with a dream of owning our own Bakery/Cake Shoppe... hence the name, Hickson's Cakery. :) We have been so blessed with all the support from our friends and family and our dream is coming true. Hickson's specializes in cookies, cupcakes, and custom cake decorating but we offer much more than the basics. Our menu is flexible and we are always trying new things.
