  Kate Q. wrote: I would not recommend this woman to any potential bride. THE OWNER, ANGIE, IS A NIGHTMARE! I should have known from the beginning when I didn't get a contract emailed to me when she had stated, BUT I had already put down a deposit. This woman never picks up a phone and can't be bothered to return an email. She claims she does, but none of the so-called emails she's sent me are in my in-box except one. Her professionalism isn't even lacking, it's non-existent. She is defensive from the get-go and instead of how can I make this right, she proceeds to make excuses for why it's not her fault. When I told her she could have picked up the phone to call me to discuss the issue if I couldn't get the flavor I wanted, and her response, IT WORKS BOTH WAYS, YOU COULD HAVE PICKED UP THE PHONE TOO! Seriously? My response, I did call and never got a call back. THIS WOMAN IS NASTY AND RUDE. Hey Angie, your business thrives on word of mouth. And I promise to be a loud voice against you. I guess that's why you don't allow for people to review you on FB. She's been crazy busy because she's been recommended by a particular venue --- she was on their preferred list, but I made sure to make my feelings about that known to the venue. I had to pick a star, otherwise it Google wouldn't allow me to post this... but I would prefer to give Delectable Delights no stars. I'm extremely dissatisfied, and I warn any potential bride to be ware.
