(finding that many contractors have ice damming jobs going on and they are booked). references, and pictures of work you have done. here is the list of needs: I have a full bath, 1/2 bath, which need new vanities, toilets, flooring, walls, lighting, wall paper removal, tiling around tub. I have a dining room with some ice damming damage that needs repairs to window, wall paper. I have a basement that has ice damming damage and needs new carpeting, new ceiling, anti microbial application and some electrical work. After that, then a new kitchen. (have insurance estimates for the ice damming projects).
