Mine was stolen and as much as I LOVE running everywhere, the amount of training I'm doing is about to skyrocket and I'd like to get around a little smoother and easier. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I know next to nothing of bikes, I need something sturdy and reliable.

  I would try Community Cycles. They will have used bikes that gave been refurbished and are a great non-profit here in Boulder. http://communitycycles.org/

  as i said today, try community cycles. fat kitty near the gym has quality used bikes and consignments also. both places will help you with fit.
