  My boyfriend owns an older home in Spring Hill without central air/heat. He is looking for someone to upgrade the electric service as well as to install an HVAC system. It would have to be done legally, i.e., licensed electrician and obtain permits through the county etc. The few electricians and HVAC companies we have contacted just don't seem interested in doing the job… Does anyone have any recommendations?
