Our bank said most places don't do loans for mobile homes unless there's a HUGE down payment ($20,000+).......... Also wondering if anyone knows of good paying jobs (good enough to support a single mom of three in this town) out there that don't require a college degree? Something that has on the job training is perfect or something that has housing options........... Happy to work hard & not afraid to get dirty or do a lil semi heavy lifting if needed ;-) also weekends off would b best because of three kids but working some weekends would not b a problem!   Nokota Ridge Apartments-701-648-8011. It is affordable housing and my list is very short. Nice units and a good community to live in.

  Nokota Ridge Apartments (I think is how it's spelled). Not dakota ridge apartments, so that's cleared up. I've heard they're affordable.
