The clinic did not send me a letter, an email or phone call stating he ha d left. Didn't know until I had phoned for an appointment. 2. The doctors they have are not accepting new patients and their is a waiting list to see one. Now I have had a kidney transplant in Mach, 2022 and can not be be on a waiting list. To make a story short. I had to find a new doctor, which I did. And requested a transfer of records. No problem. The problem I have is that they want to charge me admin. fees for this service. I called and told them I figured the charge was un- just. I would not need a new doctor if they would take new patients. But I am not new to the clinic. They said if I don't pay to bad. End of story. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

Who in town is the best with this kind of thing? We are not medication takers...so really hoping to not get a doc who is a pull pusher.   No walk in anymore. Your better off call the associate medical clinic ask for any cancelation appts. Their number is 780-778-2224. You can also call life medical spa for same day appoints after 8:30 am daily but they either never answer or are booked by 8:40 am
