Brian Keith of ABEL Air Conditioning came today, YES - TODAY and fixed my unit. He showed me what was wrong, replaced the parts, explained the proper maintenance, and left the area as clean as when he arrived.   Hey neighbors - I need help. My oil burner keeps failing and needs a manual restart ALWAYS at 3am! I have a complete new burner gun that was removed when my neighbor converted to gas but I can't get anyone to fix mine, or install the new one. Oil companies just want a delivery and service contract which I don't want. I've been COD oil for years and get an annual clean out. Please recommend someone that can do this job. THANKS!

  I am in desperate need of a plumber who is not a crook. Day two of no heat downstairs, main floor. Slomins was here twice second time said frozen pipe. Have hot and cold water running upstairs and downstairs and heat upstairs none down called one said 550 for thaw and 150 service call. No idea if that was good price or not but if anyone can help. would like to enjoy superbowl without space heater and stove one. My husband was in crawl space over hour yesterday trying to find where frozen
