  I repaired mine last month. Cost a bit over $100 to buy a new OEM front half, took two weeks to arrive, and took me an hour or so, and a gadget toolkit. I'd recommend looking at http://irevivemobile.com if you don't want to send your phone off to LG. Its much cheaper (and better for the environment) to repair rather than replace, and the Nexus 5 is still a great phone.
