Where do you like to buy your heirloom/ organic seeds?

I either use The Seed Guy http://theseedguy.com or Comstock Ferre which is right in Wethersfield, Ct. If you do it right you only need to buy the variety of seed you want once as long as you harvest your own from what you plant.
Ok, not sure if this has been asked or not, but where do I find the "best" seeds to do plants. Im wanting to do an above ground garden this year. Like okra, tomatoes, squash, etc. Thanks. Someone said I should buy and start them soon.

Anyone have any good suggestion for places selling good inexpensive veggie seeds? Seems like I spent a fortune on garden catalog seeds, not sure I got any bargains at all.
