Returns policy
All personalised items are exempt from the 14 day money back guarantee unless faulty.
All returns unless faulty will be the responsibility of the customer and will be paid for by the customer .
14 days to return any un personalised items once you have made contact to discuss and arrange this . Once received in the original condition as when purchased you will be refunded for the cost of the original item minus the postage costs .
A photo will always be sent of the finished item before dispatch. Once agreed that the item is what you ordered and that you are happy, if you then change your mind once received all future work will be carried out on the item at the usual hourly rate , all postage costs will also be the responsibility of the customer .
