Over time his walks started to occur later and later in the day. I initially hired them for a walk between 11-1. They stated that it may sometimes be a few minutes after 1pm and I agreed that this was okay. When home from work one day my fiance discovered that at 1:45pm no one had showed up yet. Monica responded poorly by saying we had agreed to them coming as late as 1:30. A) That was not the agreement, and b) It was 1:45pm that day and still no walk yet she did not apologize or make up for their mistake. I naively gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed with the company this spring. Despite scheduling consistent weekly walks my dog was left off of the schedule and did not receive his walk during a long work day. When I contacted Monica to find out if they had come I waited half an hour to hear back. She then proceeded to provide me with a host of reasons why this had occured and offered nothing to make up for her mistake. When I expressed my unhappiness Monica became defensive and did not work to make things right. In my opinion Monica was not professional in handling the situation and certainly is not someone I would recommend relying on for quality services. Spend your money elsewhere, folks!
