  Hi Natasha I teach Lau Gar kickboxing at Bairdy's Training Camp on brickfields industrial estate. https://m.facebook.com/DLGkungfukickboxing Classes are on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 18:00/19:00 so feel free to pop in anytime and have a look. First lesson is free. Anything else you want to know il be more than happy to answer.
