  It was Zech Plumbing (858) 673-9887 from Escondido that came out. They were very good and came out same day and didn't charge much to evaluate our hot water heater. However Hannah Plumbing out of Vista (760) 726-2002 has a ton of good reviews on Angie's List. We tried them but they were too busy to come out same day. Good luck!
