  I work there :-) looks like its discolored? Cant tell from the picture... They only recommend mild soap and water on their bags (which really only removes dirt) if it were my bag i would call customer service 1.800.347.5000 tell them that you have a bag from the "it" collection that needs to be looked at for repairs. They might have you mail it in. Who knows? Maybe they can offer you some type of credit towards another bag? It's always worth a shot. The worst they can say is no right?
