  My fiancé and I had initially been anticipating for a late summer 2016 wedding. We have unfortunately learned that the health of a vital bridal party member is failing. We have chosen to move the wedding date, hopefully Late July, possibly early August 2015. The new time restraint DRASTICALLY affects our budget. We have approximately 100 guests (including the bridal party). We are now searching for an inexpensive venue (preferably outdoors) that will fit along with the rustic burlap/lace type theme. (my fiancé REALLY likes the idea of a barn that's been converted for a venue). I need the venue to be within an hour or so from Portland. We are also looking for a caterer. I would really prefer plated dinners opposed to buffet style, but with the new time/budget restraints I may have to compromise. Now only having 8 months or so to plan is a bit overwhelming, but being able to look back at photos and see our friend in the bridal party will be worth it all. HELP!? Any suggestions?
