About us
Gigglebugs Early Learning Center is a BRAND NEW, state licensed, high quality child development center for children ages 12 months to 10 years. The center is located in Millsboro, DE and is licensed for 112 children. Through the use of The Creative Curriculum, children are immersed in meaningful, developmentally appropriate learning experiences intentionally designed by highly qualified staff to teach the whole child. While we provide whole & small group instruction and intentional learning centers geared to address the academics, we also assist children in reaching specific social/emotional and physical goals.
Jennifer (Evans) Spinks, a co-owner of GiggleBugs has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in EARLY CHILDHOOD. She taught in the public school for 12 years, and together with her husband, opened 2 early learning centers and an after school program in West Virginia which they owned and operated for 7 years prior to moving back to Sussex County, Delaware where Jennifer was born and raised.

Myself & my fiance are contemplating putting our two year old son (turns two in March) in daycare and his soon to be little brother (due at anytime now) is 6 weeks old. Could anyone recommend a daycare to us in thee area? I have found a few good ones but they do not take infants and it would be a bit obsurd to send my boys to two seperate daycares. My fiance is a class a cdl truck driver so he is only home on the weekends and I will be returning to phlebotomy hopefully full time once I am through my 6-8 week post pardum. Any feedback is appreciated!
