  I'm looking for recommendations for a day of coordinator and crew for our wedding on August 13, 2016 at The Cumberland Heritage Museum. We need a company that will set everything up, take everything down and help ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is a diy type wedding and we are not very traditional so would appreciate someone who "gets" us, who can make decisions that are in line with our vision of the day and who will appreciate that the groom and I want to enjoy our day and not be stressed out by minor details. I am looking for a facility that will cater to 100-150 people, somewhere west of (or west end of) Ottawa between Perth and Kanata. Somewhere where refreshments and food are available (catered by them or an outside company) and preferably outside with tents to enjoy the warm weather.
