  Jody H. wrote: We hired Mark from M and H Industries to install security cameras at our home. He told us we would have complete coverage around the perimeter and that we would be able to view it any time we were away from home. As he was leaving he said if we have any problems just give him a call. I felt quite secure with the system he installed and his assurance to just call him. Well we do have coverage. There was an instance when we were gone that someone got into our car one night and we could see that but, we were never able to see them get out of the car, not sure what that is about. Then the entire system quit working, we could not use the mouse to view cameras or replay and we could not access them when we were gone. I was able to get ahold of Mark after numerous attempts. He came and reset everything getting us up and running. At that time I reminded him that he never gave me a receipt (unfortunately for me, I paid him in cash). He stated he would send it to me by email. Okay that works. Then we have a power outage and again we can no longer view the cameras when we are not here. The system shows connection failed. I have attempted to call Mark numerous times. After texting and leaving messages which he would not respond to, over a two week period, I finally reached him on the phone. I explained everything again (which I had put in my texts) so he told me he thinks it is the IPN addresses. He said that he was driving and he would call me as soon as he stopped. I told him I would find the addresses that he had given me and text him that info, which I did. However, Mark has yet to call me back and that was the 21st of Dec. I can only assume he has not yet got to where he is going. So at this time I do have cameras but can't view them when I am not home, which was one of the things promised. Oh and I still don't have a receipt. I would think twice before hiring M and H Industries for any job.
