Recommendations for Custom T-Shirts maker that don't have logos disappear after washing machine? Hi, I'd like to order some custom t-shirts and have been browsing around some websites, I'd like to know if anyone has purchased a custom t-shirt from one of these places that didn't have the custom logos chipped and washed away from being in the washing machine. Obviously I'd like to get the cheapest option possible, but I don't want to see the custom stuff chip away and get removed after a couple of wears. Also, if anyone has any other pieces of advice, like if custom images get washed away faster than their generated text, or anything else like that. Thanks!

Depends on how many shirts you want to order. You might want to look into a print on demand service. Something like www.printful.com If you're going to place an order of 10 or more shirts you can look into local or national manufacturers. I've heard good things about threadbird.com (USA) If you're going into the 100 s alibaba.com is the way to go. As for the types do some research on which will work best for you. The main 2 are Direct to garment DTG and screen printing. They each have there own pros and cons. I would stay away from heat pressing logos onto your shirts because that is where you will see the cracks and fading.
Best place to ask.. I need to get sweatshirts with a custom made silkscreen... Does anyone know of a place that does it without costing a fortune???

http://www.threadbird.com/ Request Jeremiah. Tell him Wicked Strings sent you. Best quality, reliable, quick. Don't skimp on quality for a few pennies.
Friends; Was wondering if any of you have any screen printing knowledge or connections/references about where to go for relatively cheap services! Thanks!

I went through threadbird.com for a couple things. They're relatively cheap. Lol
Looking for a referral for apparel printing I am looking for an apparel printing company that is cost effective. Preferably on the West coast, but if it's a good deal they can be anywhere.
Reason: starting a clothing line, need a reliable printing company to take designs and transfer onto clothing. Would love to link up with some smaller mom and pop shops, also if its a 2-in-1 shop, where I can order the apparel and the printing from them, that works as well, but is not necessary.
All help is appreciated.

I've been making tee's for about 5 years now and I've been through about just as many printers. One of the best out there who I actually just paid to do some more shirts for me yesterday is Threadbird.com. You have plenty of choices to choose from. The guys over there are very friendly and helpful. The print is has a nice touch as opposed to cakey Plastisol. Let me know if you need more help. Like I said, I've been doing this for several years now and now a little bit about making tee's and selling them. Lots and lots of trial and error.
