  Looking for Recommendations for a good cosmetic dentist. My 13 year old needs a Maryland bridge done for a front tooth he lost. It's not covered by insurance and our dentist quoted 1500. Figured it was worth looking into a cosmetic dentist given the circumstances. TIA!!
