  I'm looking for a realtor for a friend. He's looking to buy a house ASAP and had a bad experience with the first realtor he had been working with. They would only show him their homes(I think they flipped homes and would only show him those homes... which weren't what he was looking for) A little more info: He has excellent job history (7+ years at current job) Okay credit (not bad, just lack of credit, mostly.) Good income (management salary) He's a first time home buyer He's looking for a 4 bedroom home in Marion Oaks (first priority) or The Shores. He'd like to keep his payment at $600 after homestead. Is there an honest, reputable realtor that can help him find a home? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
