We had some repairs made 2 years ago by a local large business from Raleigh, and our experience was HORRIBLE! Would like to support a local business. Downstairs unit is blowing, but not cold.   After several bad experiences with various repair companies we finally had a GREAT experience with http://www.bunnsheatingandair.com/ . They replaced our entire system, including ductwork in 1 day. Reasonable fees, honest, good quality work. No complaints at all - which is more than I can say for the 6 other companies we have dealt with over the years (3 of which are no longer even in business...)
