We are a 5-person team of certified and licensed home inspectors serving all Tampa Bay. We provide and extended range of home inspection services including same-day reports printed on site, video inspections, and walk-throughs.

Ive_Done_That_Before asked:Looking for a House Inspector that has experience with old homes and termites I'm looking at buying a house in Ybor and was hoping some of you might be able to recommend any home inspectors that have experience with 100y/o homes in the area. Thanks in advance!
PriestInMyButt replied:A termite inspection (WDO) is going to be a separate company to be worth anything. Use a good local fumigator for this, not one of the national chains (looking at you suncoast!). For a home inspection, check out Brad Garey, http://bradgarey.com/ I've used him on a bunch of properties, and he's always left me with a report the day of the inspection. With the general inspection you also get a 4 pt which you'll need for citizens insurance.
