  Robert M My brother is 25 yrs old and a new father we are looking for any kind of help in trying to get custody of his son as he was born with cocaine, heroin and zanx in his system. We already have the DNA test and child services are involved but the say it is a custody matter and he had to hire an attorney, he is without a job but is working on gettin into school as he is living with me and my family. I need no help from him however I am the sole provider and do not have the means to hire an attorney. Is there anyone who could or would be willing to help us. Would provide more info if so.
