Over a month ago MIKE SODEN of AUTOSMILE TELFORD was paid by my father to valet my car. Thinking he was a friend my elderly father paid cash upfront. Mike left without warning, and had not valeted the car. Twice Mike said he would come round to provide the service he has been paid for, and on both occasions my father waited in for him. Mike didn't show..........I have requested a refund, but yet again after waiting in all day today for Mike to drop off the money he didn't turn up again. Mike will not answer my calls, texts and has now blocked me! I'm now £40 out of pocket and looking for a good, reliable, professional person to valet my car and restore my faith in humanity.
