  Dru W. wrote: Unreliable and undependable. We paid a nonrefundable deposit in September and asked for an engagement session in October and Jordan was unable to provide services for six weeks - until December. By the middle of January, it seemed that Jordan was going to put off engagement photos for long as possible or until they were no longer needed. We have tried to end this contract amicably but to no avail.
