About us
Have had a strong passion for the marine lifestyle, working part time at BCF (Boating, Fishing and Camping) during my schooling years, have done work experience and then proceeded to work for Martin Box Marine (Fremantle, WA) assisting the owner in vessel management and maintenance.
Spent the first year of my apprenticeship working for Challenger Marine and Mandurah Outboards (Perth, WA) mainly servicing and fitting up mercury outboard engines, during my time there I assisted in company investments and mergers.
The remainder years of my apprenticeship I spent passionately working for High Tech Marine (Perth, WA) were I was introduced to and studied Mercruiser Engine/Drives specializing in engine reconditioning, repowering, fault diagnosing, Drive Rebuilding, servicing ect.....
Completion of my apprenticeship I moved to Sydney to work for Sydney Marine (Rushcutters, NSW) where I spent 6 months Repowering vessels, Reconditioning Engines, Water Testing and general emergency on call duties.
Volunteering my weekday nights and weekends to a privately owned charted vessel Latitude Charters (Sydney Harbour, NSW) I accumulated new skills and knowledge.
Have worked and assisted on many privately owned charted Vessels servicing, General maintenance, Skippering and assist hosting/organising chartering cruises.
Spending much time on land working at White Bay 6 Marina (Sydney, NSW), I took on the roll as a yard manager and machine lift operator, spending countless days lifting, storing, standing, anti fouling, pressure washing, detailing, painting vessel, managing a vessel lift and customer bookings playing a big part in a team of competent marine yardmans.
Managing a Fleet of Charter Party Boats running and maintaining them over the summer holiday period
