Bakeshop Oakland. A retail & wholesale bakery that specializes in reimagined bakeshop favorites and comfort food. Our specialties include fudge brownies, biscuits & gravy, potpies, quiches, cookie sandwiches, mini pies, and cheesecake lollipops. Everything is prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients and an equally fresh perspective. We are very proud of our scratch baking and Oakland roots.
Founder, Chef Jason Henry, is also a professional painter and conceptual artist. We approach food as art in both flavor and presentation. In conceiving and crafting Bakeshop Oakland, we embraced the idea of taking American bakery classics, home cooked comfort food and sweet shop favorites, using a fresh perspective.
