Jason’s background
I have spent 25 years raising our four healthy kids; 20 years travelling, teaching and appearing on TV and radio; and 15 years presenting seminars about foods, nutrition and health. I now find myself educating and mentoring a range of people on thelifeplan; naturopaths, business people, herbalists, doctors, parents, sportspeople, dieticians, builders, pharmacists, lawyers, teachers, nutritionists, sales reps and everyone in-between!
thelifeplan was created by my wife Tracey and I - it is about food and lifestyle choices and the MASSIVE difference they make to your overall health and vitality. We educate you on traditional wisdom, common sense, and cutting-edge research so that you can take control of your own health. We inspire you with amazing recipes and expert guidance from our nutritionists and naturopaths to support that process. thelifeplan now operates in 9 countries around the world!
My team
I have exceptional, committed people working with me, including my wife Tracey (our chef and food enthusiast) and an outstanding team of qualified naturopaths, nutritionists and administrative support. Between us we manage thelifeplan, providing support, expertise and advice to literally hundreds of people. We also run seminars, weekend workshops and regular community health initiatives.
