He let his little dog urinate on my carpet and then sued me when I deducted carpet cleaning from his deposit. I lost in small claims and filed an appeal. The answer from the arbitrator in writing was that when you rent to someone with pets, urine is normal wear and tear. So, when you have to regime your pet, you can thank Mike fales he's the kind of guy who ruined it for everyone.Was this review helpful to you? -

She admitted to falsified lease agreement in the appeal and doctored photos. Don't do business with these crooks. The funny thing is she was the only one that submitted evidence.
