  This morning I was aghast to find that a pair of trousers that had hitherto been a perfect fit were now too small around the waistband. Could it be that the trousers are getting smaller or is my girth that is getting bigger? I am a big burly chap and don't really see myself doing Zumba (but RESPECT to those of you who do.) A few weeks ago there was a chap advertising a boot camp style fitness thingy but I can't seem to find him anymore. Can anyone recommend a gym and/or fitness instructor that can turn a fat old bloke back into the lean mean machine that I always wanted to be?
