Need an internist who not only will take Aetna EPO, but also will clear me for surgery that I have been trying to schedule and complete since last August. (Yes, I had to wait eight months for the date.) What GP do you use, Ken Kidd, Lamar Graham, Sybil Bruncheon, Sean Strub, Linda Bernstein, Kimberly Kenney, John Buscarello, Jem Warren?

  Our ophthalmologist is Paul Orloff, 178 E. 71 St. 212-737-2124. He seems to take most if not all insurance.
