  Does anyone know any probate attorneys in the Houston area? I have a friend that needs one ASAP. The short of it is, his GM passed away. The home the GM lived in, before her passing, was previously owned by her late husband, who passed away years ago, but her husband did not leave a will. However, the GM did leave a, which left the home to her son. However, they are having issues transferring the property to her son because the property was never officially transferred to the GM, from her husband, before his passing, and her husband left behind several children.
