  So... We had our real estate agent over last night and we walked through the inspection report. He gave us guidance as to what repairs we must make before we put the house on the market either this month, or probably March since so much needs to be fixed, and what we can negotiate on when someone makes an offer. We have a good roofing company. Can anyone recommend a good electrician and plumber that is willing to come to Mercer county and is reasonably priced? We are extremely low on money but we also want the work done right. At this rate a cardboard box may end up being our next house after all the repairs. We also need a referral for a real estate attorney.
