  I know it's been awhile since I've pondered anything--I am busy moving to the other house, and it will take some time. However, it was brought to my attention lately that there are quite a few teenagers out there who are, sad to say, DEPRESSED with life and the world---REALLY REALLY DEPRESSED. As one who has had the opportunity of knowing people in my life as adults who suffer from depression and anxiety disorders, and understand the gigantic shortfall of therapists, counselors, and psychiatrists, what are these kids to do? They are all good kids, but I don't have the answers for them. I do understand what they are going through though. Do any of you know of any place in our area that have group counseling for teens? Especially FREE counseling as I know many of the kids families don't have any insurance.
