  Dr. David Rosenberg. Practices with Lakeshore medical at two locations, 20 th & Ohio and Milwaukee street downtown. He is actually a DO vs. an MD. There is not much difference between the two as far as education and training requirements go. But, a doctor of osteopathy focuses on a holistic approach to practicing medicine, meaning treating the patient as a whole-not just the symptoms or injuries. (414) 227-1127.
