Have had trouble even getting an appointment, not to mention getting any labs, imaging and prescriptions done is an absolute nightmare. My emergency MRI has taken longer than husbands normally ordered!!!! And it's not my insurances fault. It would have been approved in one day if the proper paperwork wassubmitted, or if docs office would have resppnded to the 4 emails that followed trying to get the info!!!! Totally unacceptable!
