  Okay people, I need some help. My 10 year old niece is obsessed with special effects makeup. Her parents are both disabled and on a fixed income so I want to get her some makeup to practice with. I have NO idea where to even start since I've never done anything other than my own face. Where can I buy things for her to use? What would you recommend for a "special effects starter kit" Any tips, advice, links, would be awesome.
