It's Complicated, Sugar is a Belfast based cake bakery and decorators specialising in creative, unique and way-out cakes. Whether it's something you've been dreaming about forever, a sketch you've carried about on a scrap of paper for weeks, or you have no idea what you want, we'll design a cake individual to you, with only the highest quality ingredients, and will send you off with a show-piece guaranteed to astound the guests at your party.
Flavours include:
Buttery Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Sharp Raspberry Jam
Lemon with Buttercream and Sicilian Lemon Curd
Chocolate with Fudgey Chocolate Buttercream
Chocolate Orange with Chocolate Orange Cream Cheese
Spiced Carrot and Cream Cheese with a hint of Orange
Red Velvet with Lemony Cream Cheese Frosting

All flavours and frostings can be mixed and matched, and if there's anything missing, we're always keen to try new flavours out so drop us a line and we'll chat.

ALSO AVAILABLE: Edible and non-edible cake toppers. Individually designed and available to order seperately. Hand made in high-varnished food safe polymer clay, or fondant.
