  Ценка Ð. wrote: We have 7 properties and Mike came to do some work in all of them. We were hooked by the competitive prices he has got and by the good reviews on my builder. The total amount we paid Mike for all the jobs exceeded 4000pounds. As landlords we must have certificates for the electrical work done in our properties. Otherwise we face penalties. We explained that to Mike and we asked him to give the certificates. He was saying he is too busy. At end after months of chasing him we had to call NAPIT. We had to tell him even that we will take him to court for not giving the certificates. At end after months and lots of hassle he send the certificates but he has refused to give invoices. We need the invoices for tax purposes however he did not give it and totally refusing. He report him at Inland Revenue and we still have got all the statements proving we have paid him. Please do not make the mistake to use him! Terrible attitude, rebellious and stubborn.
