  Shira asked How do you find a local doctor who can diagnose you? I think this is a huge issue for me but not sure who to turn to in the medical field for help. I have from what have been called migraines episodes a medicine cabinet full of anti-naseau prescription medications and have been to the ER several times for dehydration due to vomiting episodes that couldn't be stopped.
