Cake. It can be wicked, a food lovers heaven and a dieters hell. I love it, I think about it, dream about it, not just eating it, but cooking it, creating it and my favourite part of all....decorating it.
There is the extra attention that makes a Bespoke cake more than "just" a cake. The laborious job of setting up a cake for it's ganache coating, the color matching and of course the flawless finish.
As my many clients have found , the design of the cake is just the beginning. There is no point in having a beautiful cake that tastes like cardboard, and so no new cake flavor leaves my kitchen unless it has been taste tested by a very lucky few.
