We've been trying to find a house for our little family, but the market is weird right now and there really isn't much for sale for a reasonable price. I know that's not a great price range for the current market, but I do see them occasionally, so I know it's possible. I'm not looking for a real estate agent, just leads on upcoming houses.   Zillow, Trullia, Redfin, Realtor.com, any agency or agent website such as BobContrerasHomes.com, or Windermere.com. Regardless of which resource you like to use, meet with a couple of brokers to give you real time MLS information and have eyes looking for your wants and needs.
