  We are far enough into this adoption process that we need to find a good pediatrician to use for our new little one. We have already looked @ several files for children & the medical information is impossible to read & process on your own. I'd prefer someone that is caring, down to earth, & easy to talk to. Whomever we choose will be instrumental in helping us understand the medical needs of the child referred to us & then helping us get our child on track when we bring them home for whatever they may need. I'd love to hear your suggestions/opinions/experiences.
