  ISO (hope this is okay?) I'm looking for help/assistance from a dog trainer in Swanton, Delta, Liberty Center, or Whitehouse area. That could help me train our puppy manners and in becoming a assistive service dog. I know the law allows people to train their own animals for assistive dog service. However, I need direction and instructions on how to train the skills needed. I'm mostly, looking for someone who can show me the skill needed and how to train the skill. Also, when completed I would like the person to check the dog to insure it is ready. We have an 5 month old golden retriever, which was just bought a couple weeks ago. We have worked on some food diet and water issues, sit, lay, name, potty breaking, car rides, and come. If this is something someone has experience in training for assistive dog and is local please pm me with name, phone number, location, cost, and hours available.   By the way, Toledo's PET Bull Project is having a function in Toledo on Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm. They are having free training as well as some fun events going on and I believe all breeds are welcome to go (I'll be taking my hound!)
