  Hello Real Estate Agents, I need a recommendation for a licensed plumber. I have a seller who just found out his home was in a litigation prior to him buying it and we are not sure if the past owner used the money to have the repairs done. We are pretty sure he took the money and ran, but we need to know for sure. Please let me know if you know of someone who could come and inspect the home. Thanks.
