  Does anyone know if Coopers Corner (the old Rudy's club on 78) is actually located in Snellville? If so, it was bought last year and was being remodeled, however there is litter all over the ground and has become an eye sore to the community. Isn't there anyone in our government that can put an end to the problem?

  Ok legal gurus, attorneys, mayors, police officers... anyone with advice I need some help. We have a house that burnt down in our neighborhood 5 years ago. There were some legal reasons why the insurance company(allstate) would not pay for it(she didn't switch her insurance to renters insurance and her renters burnt the house down.) Fast forward 5 years, the house is still half burnt down, an eye sore, a health hazard, a safety hazard and no one can put us in the right direction. The owner attorney wont return emails or phone calls and we have no idea were to go next... ANY ADVICE?? PLEASE!!!
