  28 year old Brooklyn guy. Considering the Mexican Warstreets neighborhood. Have a great potential roommate but am hesitant about the area because I haven't had much time to explore. Opinions? Looking for a good nice close coffee shop and gym. I'm used to walking everywhere. I went to Monterrey pub and the Y but that's it. If anyone is up for a quick chat about it please message me.
